We recently bought a house that was reasonably priced. It did have several problems that came with it though. Most notably, the bathroom had much damage from being overly damp. We had to replace the floor. We also put in a good ceiling fan to circulate the moisture out of the room. Our recent project is to replace the bathroom lights. Moisture got into the fixtures and rendered them all completely inoperable. We needed to have them fixed before we moved into our new home. I searched online for a good resource for bathroom lights. I found a great website, and decided that since I had to replace them, I may as well get a style that I really liked. They will go really well with the decor and the new floor. All the wiring in the walls seemed okay, so we think that it was mostly surface moisture in the fixtures.
